Massa has over eight years of experience in the legal industry. She began her legal career in 2014 interning as a Victim Witness Advocate with the Bristol County District Attorney’s office in Massachusetts. Since then, she has worked in corporate settings to various legal settings, catering to a wide range of practice areas such as estate planning and administration, insurance defense, civil litigation, franchise law, and family law.

Prior to relocating to Maryland, Massa worked for a commercial real estate franchisor in Boston, Massachusetts, practicing franchise and corporate law.
She transitioned back into the litigation scene for her specialty area of family law in 2022. She is a Certified Best Interest Attorney.
In 2023, she joined the Law Offices of Josephia Rouse, LLC to continue her passion for representing the interests of individuals with complex and sensitive issues. Notably, she is a zealous advocate for her clients at all stages of litigation.
